I’ve worked at most, if not all, of the top local venues and happily coordinate with your team. If it’s a new location, I scout setups or connect with the venue so nothing’s left to chance. Which venue are you celebrating at?

Yes, it’s a service I offer. Full‑room wireless uplighting and dance floor lighting are available. It makes the room feel like a celebration and looks great in photos. Would you like me to include uplighting in your options?

Absolutely. I coordinate set lists, transitions, and band breaks so it feels like one seamless party. I can integrate with their system when appropriate and bring my own controller/backup. Will you be having a band as well as a DJ?

Yes, fully insured, and I always bring backup equipment. Do you need me to send a COI to your venue?

Give me your must plays, do not plays, and the vibe you want. I’ll fill in the rest, take requests (if you want), and read the room to keep energy high. Do you want a simple planning call to start your music list?

Yes. Separate, discreet setup with microphones and music so every word is heard clearly. Would you like me to add ceremony audio to your quote?

Most couples book 5–6 hours for reception. We can add ceremony/cocktail hour, and I always check with you before overtime. How many hours are you considering for your reception?
