My Experience at Grove at Briar Barn Inn
Grove at Briar Barn Inn has a really warm, intimate feel to it. The post-and-beam barn gives it some rustic character, but it still feels polished and modern at the same time.
The outdoor terrace and patio give couples a nice option for the ceremony and cocktail hour before everyone moves inside for dinner and dancing. Because the venue is built for weddings of around 100 guests or fewer, the whole day feels pretty connected instead of spread out. Briar Barn Inn describes the setup as the barn reception space, outdoor terrace and patio, with guest accommodations right on the property.
From a DJ and MC standpoint, I like smaller rooms when they’re laid out well because the dance floor fills quickly and the energy can build fast without the room ever feeling empty.
The fact that guests can also stay right there at the inn makes it feel more like a full weekend destination than just a reception space.
